About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent based in Beirut, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our users enjoy a seamless, flexible, and premium digital experience.
Main Missions
- Provide exceptional assistance to customers via live chat, phone calls, and email.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly.
- Act as a product expert by providing detailed information regarding subscription plans, vehicle options, and service features.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to ensure service continuity.
- Proactively contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a digital platform or the automotive/tech sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and empathy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Beirut and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
