About the Role

Join Swapp, a fast-growing Dubai-based automotive subscription platform, and become a key player in our mission to redefine vehicle mobility. As a Customer Support Agent based in Beirut, you will be the voice of our brand, ensuring our users enjoy a seamless, flexible, and premium digital experience.

Main Missions

  • Provide exceptional assistance to customers via live chat, phone calls, and email.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues promptly.
  • Act as a product expert by providing detailed information regarding subscription plans, vehicle options, and service features.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to ensure service continuity.
  • Proactively contribute to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty through high-quality service.

Profile We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a digital platform or the automotive/tech sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Beirut and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
