CRM Specialist – Graduate Student Recruitment & Admissions

About the role

The Graduate Council is seeking a CRM Specialist to lead the optimisation of graduate student recruitment and admissions processes on the Slate platform. This role blends technical system management with data‑driven enrollment strategy to deliver a seamless applicant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full applicant lifecycle from inquiry to enrollment, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data‑driven improvements.
• Configure and maintain Slate CRM modules, including application forms, portals, reader workflows, queries, dashboards, and marketing campaigns.
• Translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions and enhancements.
• Support integrations and data flow with the Banner Student Information System and other platforms.
• Ensure data integrity through validation, cleanup, and continuous monitoring.
• Analyse metrics and trends to create applicant segments for targeted outreach.
• Design, execute, and optimise multi‑channel communication campaigns and automated workflows.
• Develop reporting dashboards and reports to inform recruitment and admissions decisions.
• Troubleshoot system performance, enforce change control, and maintain configuration best practices.
• Train and support users on CRM tools and promote adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least five years of relevant experience, preferably in student enrolment within higher‑education settings.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and data‑management principles.
