Technical Product Manager

About the role

We are a small team building a consumer finance app on Bitcoin Layer 2, heading toward launch. This role combines project and product management, overseeing delivery across engineering and shaping product scope, priorities, and trade‑offs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run development across protocol integration, backend services, and the mobile app.
• Coordinate sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery timelines using tools such as Jira or Linear.
• Manage app‑store release cycles for iOS and Android, ensuring compliance and partner integrations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies across protocol, infrastructure, API, and client layers.
• Contribute to product decisions, prioritising features and defining scope.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering consumer‑facing mobile applications with real business‑critical timelines.
• Strong technical credibility to engage with engineers and assess realistic estimates.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in blockchain technology and its future.

Required skills

• Technical background with ability to read specifications and spot schedule risks.
• Familiarity with mobile development lifecycles, iOS and Android release management.
• Experience with project‑management tools (Jira, Linear or similar).
• Knowledge of Bitcoin, Lightning, Liquid, keys, transactions and custody models (or strong motivation to learn).
• Understanding of blockchain or crypto product development, exchange integrations and regulated financial product launches.
