Control Analysis Associate

About the role

The Control Analysis Associate supports the Area Financial Controller by reviewing internal processes, identifying gaps, and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risk. This role ensures accurate financial reporting and strengthens internal controls across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Review monthly financial statements by entity, identify errors, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
• Compile ledgers, accounts, and reports within governmental deadlines to support financial reconciliation.
• Assist finance and commercial departments with invoice verification, payment improvements, and development of accounting policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely transaction recording following established procedures.
• Coordinate expense reporting between logistics, marketing, and accounting teams.
• Support budget reviews, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Verify compliance with tax regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and company procedures.
• Provide data for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Required profile

• BBA with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
• 0‑2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English; French is an advantage.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
