About the role
The client in Lebanon seeks an experienced Audit Supervisor to lead and coordinate audit activities across the organization. This senior‑level position will ensure audit procedures align with best practices and address key risk areas.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve audit procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential financial losses due to fraud or mismanagement.
- Review financial records, statements and related documents for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial projections to support business planning.
- Coordinate with external parties such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, lenders, investors and regulators.
- Oversee audit teams and ensure timely delivery of audit reports.
Required profile
- Strong finance‑based analytical abilities.
- Minimum five years of external audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
- Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA are a major plus.
