FAAS Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager – Financial Accounting Advisory

About the role

The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team at KPMG provides technical accounting and financial reporting advisory across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. As a Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager you will lead workstreams, deliver end‑to‑end technical accounting assessments and support finance transformation initiatives for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned workstreams on accounting and financial reporting advisory engagements.
• Execute technical accounting assessments and produce advisory deliverables.
• Support Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) and finance function transformation projects.
• Prepare, review and present reports to engagement leaders.
• Coordinate with multi‑country engagement teams and client stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–9 years of relevant experience.
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, BBA or MBA qualification (or finalist).
• Strong academic background from a top university.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Experience in audit, accounting advisory or FAAS services.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
