About the role
Ads Labs is a performance‑driven paid advertising agency operating across the MENA region, Europe and the US. We are expanding into 3D web experiences and AI automation services and need a proactive Business Development Specialist to own client acquisition from prospecting to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients for paid advertising management on Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Sell 3D website design and development services.
- Promote AI automation solutions for business processes.
- Offer full‑funnel digital marketing packages and manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle.
Required profile
- Proven track record of closing B2B deals in digital services.
- Active network in MENA, Europe or the US.
- Comfortable with performance‑based compensation.
- Self‑starter with no need for micromanagement.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
