Sales Development Representative – AI & Tech Solutions

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for global brands and fast‑growing AI companies, promoting cutting‑edge technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using our proprietary in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to qualify prospects.
• Book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes, prospect information, and qualification details in the provided systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, quickly adapting messaging for different industries and audiences.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without relying heavily on scripts, while maintaining consistent calling activity.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and fellow SDRs to meet individual and team performance targets.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent spoken communication and pronunciation.
• Strong resilience, persistence and ability to handle frequent rejection while staying motivated.
• Willingness to make several hours of cold calls each day and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Coachable mindset, able to absorb feedback and improve conversion rates quickly.
• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
