Business Development Representative – Lead Generation

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at 1DS Collective will be the first point of contact for prospective brand partners. You will use research, strategic messaging, and relationship‑building to generate qualified leads and book discovery meetings that drive predictable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls.
• Identify and qualify leads based on budget, timeline, pain points, competitive situation, and strategic fit.
• Research target brands to uncover key decision‑makers and tailor personalized outreach campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of conversations, objections, and outcomes in the company CRM.
• Book qualified discovery calls for the founders and ensure smooth handoff of prospects.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and market insights to refine messaging and strategy.
• Meet activity and outcome targets, continuously testing and improving outreach tactics.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage a high volume of outreach.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with sales leadership.
