Business Development Account Manager

About the role

Java Fire Protection is seeking a senior commercial professional to drive new business and manage key accounts across the MENA region. Reporting directly to the CEO and working alongside a team of top‑tier strategy consultants, you will shape commercial strategy, pricing and go‑to‑market plans while executing end‑to‑end sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop B2B relationships in financial services, industry and hospitality sectors, with a focus on the Lebanese market and broader MENA region.
• Own a portfolio of leads and accounts, managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing.
• Lead negotiations, draft proposals and close deals independently.
• Build referral channels with consultants, contractors, insurers and specialist installers.
• Design new commercial offers for existing and emerging market segments.
• Manage contract renewals, renegotiations and cross‑selling initiatives for existing clients.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless delivery and monitor commercial performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Established network and deep sector knowledge in at least one of: financial services & insurance, industry, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of originating, negotiating and closing deals independently.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Degree in engineering, banking, business or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong commercial acumen, including client economics analysis, value‑based pricing and offer structuring.
