Branch Manager

About the role

Sleep Comfort is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Jbeil showroom, drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Jbeil branch.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, showroom presentation and product availability.
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.
• Implement company policies and procedures.
• Develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, mattresses or home‑furnishing.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
