About the role
Sleep Comfort is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Jbeil showroom, drive sales performance and ensure exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Jbeil branch.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, showroom presentation and product availability.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular feedback to management.
- Implement company policies and procedures.
- Develop strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in furniture, mattresses or home‑furnishing.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
