Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jal El Dib. This position focuses on identifying prospective clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting Fidelity’s insurance solutions to meet individual and corporate needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and present tailored insurance product options.
• Prepare proposals and guide customers through policy selection and enrollment.
• Follow up on leads and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy administration and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay informed about product updates and market trends.
• Contribute to sales targets and overall team performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills, including clear presentation and active listening.
• Proven customer service abilities in managing inquiries, resolving issues, and building trust.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Background in training or coaching to share product knowledge and best practices.
• Experience in sales management or pipeline management, including forecasting and reporting.
• Knowledge of insurance products and concepts, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on-site in Jal El Dib with flexibility to visit clients as needed.
• Comfort using CRM systems and basic office software tools.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Ethical, detail‑oriented, and motivated to deliver high‑quality customer experiences.
