Bilingual English-French Call Center Agent (Remote)

About the role

Calls Experts is seeking a bilingual English‑French customer service professional to work remotely full‑time. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls for the US and Canadian insurance market, providing support, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound call traffic, qualify prospects and make live transfers.
• Resolve client queries and provide accurate information.
• Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records up to date.
• Schedule meetings and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal communication.
• Available to work 8‑9 hour shifts, five days a week, within EST (9 AM‑9 PM).
• Strong work ethic, ability to handle objections and engage in small talk.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced virtual environment and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Computer meeting minimum specs: CPU score ≥ 4000 (AMD/i5 8th gen or higher) and 8 GB RAM.
• Operating system: Windows 11 or macOS.
• Reliable fiber‑optic internet connection.
• Proficiency with standard communication and collaboration tools.
