Outbound Calling Agent

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our fast‑growing, YC‑backed sales organization expanding into Lebanon. You will work on high‑volume outbound campaigns for globally recognised brands and fast‑growing AI companies, selling cutting‑edge technology solutions across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold calls using an in‑house dialer and engage decision‑makers to understand their business needs.
• Qualify prospects, book high‑quality sales meetings and accurately record outcomes in the provided systems.
• Represent multiple client campaigns across technology, software and AI products, adapting quickly between industries and offers.
• Handle objections and unexpected questions confidently without heavy reliance on scripts.
• Maintain consistent calling activity, meet individual and team performance targets, and apply coaching feedback to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 level or above) with excellent spoken communication.
• Strong confidence speaking with strangers, high resilience and ability to handle frequent rejection.
• Highly motivated, competitive, hardworking and willing to make several hours of cold calls each day.
• Basic business acumen and ability to understand diverse products, industries and customer profiles.
• Coachability, reliability and discipline to maintain consistent performance in a target‑driven environment.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 10:00 AM‑6:00 PM, onsite at Beirut Digital District.
