About the role
We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join TalentPop App’s remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering support through voice, chat and email while ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from French‑ and English‑speaking customers.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and provide effective resolutions.
- Personalize interactions to understand customer needs and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the overall customer experience.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to refine service processes and quality.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
- Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
