About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Beauty Advisor to join our retail team in Hazmieh. The role focuses on delivering personalized beauty consultations, building lasting client relationships, and driving product sales.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and recommend suitable beauty products.
- Introduce and promote new product lines to increase sales.
- Organise and display merchandise attractively.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish inventory and report on sales trends.
- Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Degree in Cosmetology or a recognised beauty certification (preferred).
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar beauty‑retail role.
- Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Results‑oriented, reliable and trustworthy with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
