About the role

SmartSource is seeking motivated university students to join its Ambassador Program. As a University Ambassador you will act as the face of SmartSource on campus, helping to raise awareness of career opportunities and strengthen the company’s employer brand among fellow students.

Key responsibilities

• Promote SmartSource career openings and share approved content within your university.
• Connect SmartSource with students who match the profile of open vacancies.
• Represent the company at university events, clubs, and networking sessions.
• Gather and relay feedback on campus trends, events, and student interests to the HR team.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.
• Active involvement in campus life and student communities.
• Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
