HR Administrative Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized HR Administrative Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will support the recruitment process by handling a variety of administrative, technical, and operational tasks while ensuring excellent service for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create, manage, and update documents and templates used in administrative processes.
• Gather and analyse data to support role‑specific activities and produce relevant documentation.
• Utilise software tools to organise information across multiple categories.
• Facilitate client onboarding by sending communications and ensuring a smooth transition.
• Translate documents from English to Lebanese Arabic with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Monitor and record interactions, documenting key information for future reference.
• Handle communication and scheduling tasks, including follow‑ups and reminders.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve strategies and workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within recruitment or HR.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to translate English content into Lebanese Arabic accurately.
• Experience managing client accounts and maintaining databases.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering timely, accurate results.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Adaptability to changing demands and quick learning of new software tools.
