About the role
Grow Academy is seeking a dynamic Unit Leader to build and develop a high‑performing team of Life Insurance Agents. You will drive recruitment, training, and performance while shaping a positive, motivating culture.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop a high‑performing sales team
- Recruit, train and mentor new Life Insurance Agents
- Coach the team toward achieving sales targets
- Drive recruitment initiatives and overall team performance
- Create a positive, motivating team culture
- Collaborate closely with senior management to meet shared goals
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Goal‑oriented and driven personality
- Passion for mentoring and developing people
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor’s degree
