About the role

Grow Academy is seeking a dynamic Unit Leader to build and develop a high‑performing team of Life Insurance Agents. You will drive recruitment, training, and performance while shaping a positive, motivating culture.

Key responsibilities

Build and develop a high‑performing sales team
Recruit, train and mentor new Life Insurance Agents
Coach the team toward achieving sales targets
Drive recruitment initiatives and overall team performance
Create a positive, motivating team culture
Collaborate closely with senior management to meet shared goals

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Goal‑oriented and driven personality
Passion for mentoring and developing people
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Bachelor’s degree
