Travel Consultant – Sales & Customer Service

About the role

All-Ways Travel is seeking a dynamic Travel Consultant to join its Hazmieh office. You will help families, couples, and corporate clients design memorable vacations by offering tailored packages and expert advice.

Key responsibilities

• Sell and customize vacation packages to destinations such as Turkey, Greece, Egypt, Europe, and the Far East.
• Handle daily client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk‑ins with professional follow‑up.
• Provide accurate information on flights, hotels, transfers, visas, and insurance.
• Prepare and send quotations, offers, and confirmations.
• Collaborate with ticketing and visa departments to finalize bookings.
• Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to cancellation/amendment policies.
• Maintain client files and update the CRM with precision.
• Participate in destination training sessions and supplier meetings.
• Promote agency offers on WhatsApp groups and social media when required.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign promotions and upselling of tours, insurance, and eSIMs.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in travel agency sales or package consulting.
• Deep knowledge of popular travel destinations and seasonal trends.
• Strong sales ability with a high closing ratio and excellent client follow‑up.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
• Familiarity with GDS is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
• Excellent coordination, time‑management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and during seasonal peaks.
