Business Development Intern

About the role

The Polyclinic is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to support its Business Development Manager. You will gain hands‑on experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and partnership building within the healthcare and corporate wellness sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B partners, including companies, schools, and institutions.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce The Polyclinic’s services.
• Qualify prospects, book meetings for the Business Development Manager, and maintain an organized pipeline.
• Support meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and the creation of presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.
• Perform market and competitor research and prepare regular outreach and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and English language skills.
• Proactive, organized, and persistent with follow‑ups.
• Good research and analytical abilities.
