Tendering and Project Coordinator

About the role

Amaken is looking for a Tendering and Project Coordinator with previous experience in construction, contracting, MEP, ELV or systems integration for a telecom and security systems company based in Hamra, Lebanon. The role covers the full project cycle, from tendering and quotation through technical submittals, procurement, order follow-up, material delivery and coordination with technical and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Tendering, estimation and proposals: review tender documents, RFQs, BOQs and specifications; prepare BOQs in Excel, send RFQs to suppliers, compare quotations and prepare commercial offers for clients.
• Documentation and submittals: collect datasheets, certificates and compliance documents, follow up on client and consultant comments, and keep accurate records of tender documents and project files.
• Project and procurement coordination: coordinate with suppliers and management to issue purchase orders on time, track shipments and deliveries, and follow up on delays.
• Material and team coordination: check order lists and delivery records, identify missing items and shortages, and work with project managers and suppliers to avoid delays.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or a related field.
• Previous experience in tendering, quotation preparation, procurement, purchasing or project coordination is preferred.
• Experience in construction, contracting, MEP, ELV, low-current systems or systems integration is an advantage.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for BOQs, cost comparison and order tracking.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
