Tendering & Project Coordinator

About the role

Amaken, a telecom and security systems provider based in Hamra, Lebanon, is looking for a Tendering & Project Coordinator. The role will manage the full tendering cycle, from initial estimation through technical submittals, procurement and delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, technical teams and site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents, RFQs, drawings and specifications; perform accurate quantity take‑offs and prepare Excel‑based BOQs.
• Issue RFQs, compare supplier quotations and compile professional technical and commercial offers for client submission.
• Prepare complete technical submittals, datasheets, compliance statements and system diagrams using AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio; follow up on client and consultant comments until approval.
• Coordinate procurement activities, issue purchase orders, track shipments and maintain up‑to‑date status reports to align deliveries with project schedules.
• Liaise closely with engineers, technicians, project managers and site teams to verify material availability and support installation activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, contracting, MEP, ELV or systems integration within a telecom or security‑systems environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail throughout the tendering and procurement process.

Required skills

• AutoCAD for drawing review and modification.
• Microsoft Visio for system diagrams, schematics and flow charts.
• Microsoft Excel for BOQ preparation and data analysis.
