Telesales Agent – Outbound Sales for Internet, TV & Cable

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Telesales Agent to join our growing sales team. In this role you will contact prospective customers to promote our internet, TV and cable packages, nurture leads and close new business.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote internet, TV and cable services.
- Follow up with interested leads to secure sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and address concerns.
- Log all interactions and keep customer records up‑to‑date in the CRM system.
- Identify and generate new leads through databases, referrals and other sources.
- Provide basic post‑sale support when required.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
- Previous experience in telesales or a call‑center environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree completed.
- Motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
