Technical Sales Engineer (Remote, USA Clients)

About the role

Service Proz LLC, a Wyoming-based U.S. technology company, is expanding its Software Engineering & Technology Services Department and is looking for Technical Sales Engineers to identify business opportunities, connect with potential U.S. clients and promote its software engineering, AI and technology solutions. The position is fully remote, based in Lebanon, and is a commission-based independent contractor engagement, not a salaried employment position.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential business clients across the United States.
• Conduct professional sales outreach, follow-ups and lead generation.
• Present approved software, AI, automation and technology services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage sales opportunities.
• Support client relationships and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical background in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills (required).
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of software development and business technology.
• Self-motivated, professional and results-oriented.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
