Systems Analyst

About the role

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT systems to ensure stable, efficient, and secure operations. Working closely with technical teams, the analyst will manage both physical and virtual environments, monitor performance, and apply security best practices throughout the system lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support physical and virtual IT environments (VMware, Hyper‑V, etc.)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and health using monitoring tools; maintain dashboards and alerts
• Manage backup, recovery, and data restoration processes, ensuring data integrity and secure storage
• Design and support replication mechanisms for data redundancy and business continuity
• Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and version updates with minimal downtime
• Conduct impact analysis for changes and ensure thorough testing before production deployment
• Apply security hardening, access controls, and compliance requirements
• Support incident and problem management, including root‑cause analysis and corrective actions
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, runbooks, and change logs
• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to improve performance, resilience, and scalability

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant experience in system administration, infrastructure, or enterprise IT environments
