Cloud Support Engineer

About the role

The Cloud Support Engineer will join the Cloud Operations team to ensure reliable service delivery for customers' cloud environments. The role involves deploying, administering, and providing operational support for large‑scale multi‑system infrastructures. You will work in a hybrid model, participating in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Provision and manage AWS environments for existing and new customers, including VPCs, EC2 instances, RDS, and volume snapshots.
• Perform regular maintenance, monitor changes, and respond to alerts, investigating root causes of issues.
• Resolve complex customer problems that span applications, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with customers, operations, and engineering teams to troubleshoot performance and security incidents.
• Document all customer interactions and technical actions in the ticketing system.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of system support experience with a focus on performance and stability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a detail‑oriented approach to documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, distributed team and embrace a DevOps culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.

• Linux operating systems.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
