Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Samer Khouzami Cosmetics is seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain Manager to lead manufacturing, procurement, logistics and inventory operations across its premium beauty brand. The role ensures that products and materials are delivered on time, within cost targets and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full manufacturing cycle from approved specifications to finished‑goods delivery.
• Coordinate manufacturers, suppliers and packaging partners to meet production, quality and timeline requirements.
• Source and procure product components, packaging, GWPs, testers, samples and marketing materials.
• Negotiate quotations, minimum order quantities, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare supplier and cost comparisons for management approval.
• Maintain production‑readiness plans and ensure component availability before manufacturing starts.
• Monitor production progress, address delays, quality issues or supply risks.
• Oversee freight, shipping documentation, customs clearance and delivery to warehouses.
• Manage warehouse receipts, inventory accuracy, stock counts and storage requirements.
• Track finished‑goods, components, packaging, batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Identify potential shortages, excess stock, obsolete or near‑expiry inventory.
• Translate commercial forecasts into realistic production and supply plans.
• Maintain accurate supply‑chain records, reports and system data.
• Evaluate supplier performance and source alternatives when needed.
• Support new‑product launches by ensuring production and inventory readiness.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset for cost control, inventory accuracy and risk mitigation.
