About the role
The Junior Operations Officer supports the sales and management teams by maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with suppliers and customs, and ensuring smooth operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an up‑to‑date overview of inventory and enter all incoming and outgoing items into the software.
- Place orders with suppliers following company protocol and sales targets, and coordinate clearance of items from customs.
- Resolve mismatched items, process returns, and track consignment items to avoid near‑expiry losses.
- Provide weekly reports on near‑expired goods and daily activity reports to the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in inventory, operations, logistics or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and analytical abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with document management systems.
- Fluent English communication skills.
