Global Travel Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Travel Manager to lead and optimise our travel programmes across multiple regions. This full‑time remote position will oversee end‑to‑end travel arrangements for corporate and individual clients, ensuring high‑quality service and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate flights, accommodations, ground transport and multi‑destination itineraries.
• Negotiate rates and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels and other travel partners.
• Monitor compliance with travel policies and resolve any travel‑related issues.
• Communicate itinerary changes, disruptions and updates to travellers.
• Analyse travel data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align travel services with client needs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in travel management, preferably handling corporate or leisure multi‑destination itineraries.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Sales‑oriented mindset to identify business development opportunities.
• Strong vendor‑negotiation, budgeting and basic data‑analysis capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
