Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

May Hanna Marketing Agency is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive & Content Creator to manage end‑to‑end social media activities for a diverse portfolio of local, regional and international brands. The role is office‑based in Dbayeh and involves planning, producing and publishing organic reels, stories and other content while ensuring timely execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy, campaigns and objectives.
• Write captions, hooks and on‑screen text, and schedule posts, reels and stories across platforms.
• Track pending content, revisions and posting dates, and review all assets before publishing.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams, manage basic community interactions and share internal updates.
• Research trends, competitors and creative references; create inspiration boards and moodboards.
• Shoot and edit organic reels and behind‑the‑scenes footage using a phone and editing tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and multi‑calendar handling abilities.
• Excellent written English with the ability to craft engaging captions and storylines.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable managing content from planning through publishing.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut or similar video‑editing tools.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite and other scheduling platforms.
• Ability to shoot and edit organic reels and stories using a smartphone.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted content tools is a plus.
