Social Media Executive / Content Creator

About the role

May Hanna Marketing Agency is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Executive & Content Creator to manage end‑to‑end social media activities for a diverse portfolio of local, regional and international clients. The role is full‑time, office‑based and involves planning, producing and publishing organic reels, stories and other content.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly content calendars aligned with brand strategy, campaigns and objectives.
• Write captions, hooks and on‑screen text, and schedule posts, reels, stories and campaigns across platforms.
• Track pending content, revisions and posting dates, and review assets before publishing.
• Coordinate with designers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and maintain organized content folders.
• Research trends, competitors and creative references; create inspiration boards and moodboards.
• Shoot and edit organic reels and behind‑the‑scenes footage using phone, Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
• Previous experience in a marketing or social media agency or in‑house team is preferred.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and time‑management skills; ability to handle multiple calendars and deadlines.
• Good written English and detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools.
• Canva for graphic and video editing.
• CapCut or comparable video‑editing software.
• Experience shooting and editing organic reels and stories.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (optional).
