Senior Strategy Consultant – Energy, Industrials & Sustainability

About the role

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead high‑impact projects for clients in the Energy, Industrials and Sustainability sectors across the MENA region. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategy engagements in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Industrials and Sustainability.
• Define project objectives, develop work plans and ensure alignment with EY-Parthenon standards.
• Collaborate directly with clients to translate complex challenges into actionable insights and high‑impact deliverables.
• Manage project teams, mentor junior members and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a top‑ranking university; MBA or Master’s from a leading business school is a plus.
• 3‑6+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related fields, with a focus on Energy, Industrials or Sustainability.
• Proven track record of leading significant strategy projects, including digital transformation and market entry.
• Strong analytical mindset, business acumen and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and willingness to travel within the MENA region.
