Senior Sales Representative – Real Estate & Property Management

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive growth within our community focused on real estate and property management. The successful candidate will leverage a proven sales track record to build strong client relationships and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly.
• Conduct regular client meetings to ensure satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.
• Generate leads and convert them through proactive outreach and networking.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the community/property management industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
