Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will drive revenue growth for IIS E‑Solutions by identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and nurturing long‑term client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut focuses on selling the agency’s digital marketing and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify leads and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, account management and technical teams to create effective proposals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, provide accurate forecasting and represent the company at industry events.
• Monitor market trends, gather client feedback and help refine service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, advertising or technology services.
• Strong lead generation, prospecting and pipeline management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field; certifications a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
