Senior Media Buyer - Remote (Evening Shift 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM)

About the role

Senior Media Buyer role at Octa, a fast‑growing healthy‑meal subscription company in Saudi Arabia. The position is remote, full‑time on an evening shift (3 PM‑11 PM) and reports directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition strategy and execution across all advertising platforms.
• Launch, optimize, and scale campaigns while maintaining profitable CAC.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, and revenue.
• Design and execute structured A/B tests for audiences, bidding strategies, campaign structures, placements, and landing pages.
• Work closely with designers to improve creative performance using data‑backed insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to communicate performance and recommendations.
• Take full ownership of marketing performance and proactively solve problems before they impact the business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager (required).
• Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actions.
• Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
