About the role

Global Pacific Support is seeking a passionate and proactive Community Outreach Specialist to build and maintain relationships with local organizations, stakeholders, and community members, promoting the company’s mission and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach programs aligned with the mission and community needs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community leaders.
• Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings.
• Create promotional materials and presentations to raise awareness.
• Collect community feedback to improve programs and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with engagement goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in community outreach, social work, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives.
• Experience in public speaking and representing the organization.
• Passion for supporting underserved populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
