AI Marketing Specialist

About the role

Aspire Software seeks an AI‑fluent Marketing Specialist to drive end‑to‑end campaigns for its life‑sciences and clinical‑trials software portfolio. The role blends creative copywriting, graphic design, and data‑driven digital advertising, with a strong focus on leveraging the latest AI marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage B2B digital ad campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email and other channels, tracking performance and reporting insights.
• Create and maintain marketing collateral such as one‑pagers, slide decks, brochures, case studies, and website content.
• Write clear, professional copy for ads, landing pages, emails and sales enablement materials.
• Design visual assets for digital campaigns, presentations, conferences and social channels using brand guidelines.
• Support conference and trade‑show logistics, including booth setup, signage, printed materials and post‑event follow‑up.
• Maintain organized project plans, asset libraries and campaign calendars, proactively addressing gaps or delays.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of generalist marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technology‑enabled services.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and process‑driven with a “Type A” personality.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and communicating fluently in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the latest AI marketing tools and strategies.
• Strong copywriting ability.
• Graphic design expertise using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Canva.
• Experience running or supporting digital advertising campaigns.
