Senior Closing Specialist

About the role

The Share of Voice is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Closer to join our office full‑time. This outbound‑focused position requires you to build your own pipeline, engage senior decision‑makers and close high‑value B2B contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a consistent outbound sales pipeline using LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp and networking.
• Identify decision‑makers, conduct discovery calls and present tailored digital‑marketing solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and prepare proposals.
• Close new clients, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Develop long‑term relationships that generate retainers, upselling, cross‑selling and referrals.
• Collaborate with management and marketing to refine sales messaging and lead‑generation strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B outbound sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects and close high‑value deals.
• Experience selling services or solutions in digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology or agency environments.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior executives.
• Highly organized, disciplined follow‑up habits and comfortable working against clear KPIs.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Availability to work full‑time onsite (no remote work).
