Senior Business Development Manager – Facility Management

About the role

Loom & Lintel SARL is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to lead market expansion for its integrated facility management and premium contracting services. You will drive growth across commercial, retail, and corporate sectors by building strategic partnerships and securing high‑value contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities for comprehensive facility management and premium contracting projects.
• Develop and maintain long‑term B2B relationships with property developers, corporate clients, retail groups, and asset managers.
• Lead the preparation of competitive proposals, complex tenders, and service‑level agreements, negotiating terms through to closure.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market demands to position services uniquely.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic, seamless, and meet premium execution standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business development or commercial sales experience, preferably in Facility Management, Real Estate, Premium Construction, or high‑level B2B services.
• Strong existing network of corporate clients, developers, and decision‑makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivation, and excellent organization skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern project management platforms and tech‑driven operations.
