Senior Account Manager – Paid Media & Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will turn client objectives into high‑performing paid‑media campaigns. Based in Beirut, you will act as the primary trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries, guiding strategy from brief to measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts across industries as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Lead client communications, including regular meetings, strategic guidance and proactive updates.
• Translate client objectives into paid‑media strategies with clear, measurable goals.
• Oversee social‑media account management and content planning in collaboration with creative teams.
• Support campaign execution across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok and programmatic channels.
• Manage media budgets and ensure investment is optimized for maximum ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify opportunities and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Deliver clear, actionable performance reports and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with media, creative, strategy and operations teams for seamless execution.
• Stay current on platform updates, digital trends and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in account management, paid media and performance marketing.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering measurable digital advertising results.
• Strong command of paid‑media platforms and performance metrics.
• Analytical and strategic thinker who turns data into clear recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
