Salesforce Consultant

About the role

Soft Sales Consulting is looking for a Salesforce Consultant in Lebanon. You will understand client needs, turn them into actionable solutions and make sure projects are delivered smoothly. The role combines technical expertise, functional knowledge and project management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements with clients
• Hold client meetings to align on objectives, deliverables and timelines
• Act as the main link between the technical team and the client, turning functional needs into technical specifications
• Manage end-to-end project implementation, from planning and execution to delivery
• Train clients and provide post-implementation support
• Keep projects to quality standards and deadlines
• Run system tests and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• Years of experience with Salesforce clouds
• Proven techno-functional consulting experience or equivalent
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Salesforce certification or experience (required)
• Project management, able to lead several projects at once
• Business process analysis and system design
• Understanding of technical systems, programming languages and data integration
• Preferred: ERP or CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce, Sage, SAP) and project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
