Senior Salesforce Consultant / CRM Platform Expert

About the role

Softsales Consulting is hiring a full-time Senior Salesforce Consultant (Team Leader) in Jal El Dib. The role acts as a trusted advisor to clients while leading and mentoring a team of Salesforce consultants, driving Salesforce implementations from strategy to execution and overseeing the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to clients, defining requirements and guiding them toward optimal Salesforce solutions
• Lead and manage complex Salesforce implementations and integrations on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards
• Provide senior-level guidance to technical teams and oversee solution architecture
• Collaborate with developers, architects, designers and business stakeholders
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Mentor junior consultants and technical staff through guidance, reviews and knowledge sharing

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Fluency in spoken and written French and English
• Extensive experience in Salesforce consultancy and project management, including leading end-to-end implementations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build executive-level client relationships

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration and development best practices
• Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant)
• Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar project management certification
• Preferred: experience with CRM, ERP and SaaS platforms and their integrations with Salesforce
