Sales Specialist - SFA and POS Solutions

About the role

The Sales Specialist identifies, develops and closes new business opportunities for SFA (Sales Force Automation) and POS (Point of Sale) solutions across all sectors in Lebanon, with a focus on distribution, retail and F&B businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Research the Lebanese market and identify potential customers in FMCG, fresh goods, chemicals, agriculture and other distribution sectors, as well as retail shops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés.
• Visit prospects in person to understand their business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate SFA and POS solutions according to customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and follow-up to negotiation and deal closing.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Follow up on customer payments with the relevant internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in B2B sales, outdoor sales or business development.
• Experience in software solutions, IT services, SFA, POS, ERP or SaaS sales is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel across Lebanon.

Required skills

• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to understand customer business processes and identify sales opportunities.
