Medical Software Junior Sales Representative

About the role

Digilab Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Junior Sales Representative in Beirut. The role supports the sales team by identifying potential clients, qualifying leads and scheduling meetings and product demonstrations. It is aimed at someone who wants to learn about Microsoft-based solutions while helping achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on inquiries, identify potential clients and qualify leads
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations
• Prepare basic sales proposals and presentations
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand the company's offerings and help answer client questions
• Contribute to sales reports and forecasts

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Previous internship or junior experience in sales, customer service or account coordination is a plus
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is an advantage

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of medical software
• Lead generation, customer engagement and CRM record keeping
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple client interactions
• Ability to work with sales and technical teams and to learn quickly

What we offer

• Compensation of $500 per month plus performance-based incentives
