About the role

A multinational insurance company in Zalka, Lebanon, is looking for customer-focused Sales Specialists to sell life insurance solutions. The company helps individuals and families secure their financial future through tailored life insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized life insurance solutions.
• Assess client needs and recommend products based on their financial goals.
• Educate clients on the benefits and value of life insurance coverage.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals consistently.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, product offerings and regulatory changes.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain long-term client engagement.

Required profile

• Official Bac 2 certificate is a must.
• Prior experience in sales, financial services or a related field is preferred.
• BS in business or a related major is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and resilient.
