Sales Representative - Construction Industry

About the role

Sika is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative based in the Beirut Governorate, Lebanon, to serve customers in the construction industry. The role covers identifying and developing new business, managing existing accounts and promoting Sika's construction and building solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit construction sites and client offices daily
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare quotations and follow up on leads and proposals
• Work closely with technical and customer service teams to meet client needs and resolve issues
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and project pipelines to support sales strategy and targets

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with knowledge of building materials, construction processes and project stakeholders
• Ability to build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, architects and distributors
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, able to explain technical products clearly
• Self-driven, with good time management, territory planning and prioritisation
• Comfortable working on site; a valid driver's licence is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience considered
• Commitment to safety, quality and environmentally responsible practices

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software such as email, spreadsheets and presentations
